Clarity Solutions LLC provides professional residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialty cleaning services throughout the Denver Metro area and surrounding communities.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

Quotes provided through our website, phone, email, or in person are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from the information provided, Clarity Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing before or during service with customer approval.

Additional services requested on-site may incur additional charges.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved electronic payment methods, including credit card and ACH payments through Jobber and other approved payment processors.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or declined transactions may be subject to additional fees and collection efforts.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may also apply.

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property. 
• Secure pets or notify us of animals on the premises. 
• Inform us of any fragile, valuable, or delicate items. 
• Provide running water and electricity during the service. 
• Remove hazardous materials, bodily fluids, needles, or biohazards before cleaning begins. 

Clarity Solutions reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe.

To maintain quality standards and document completed work, before and after photographs may be taken during service appointments.

These photographs are used strictly for internal quality control, training, documentation, and dispute resolution purposes.

Clarity Solutions LLC will never use or publish these images on social media, advertising, or any public platform without the prior written permission of the property owner or authorized customer.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning service, you must notify Clarity Solutions LLC within 24 hours of service completion so we may inspect the issue and, if appropriate, correct it.

Requests made after 24 hours may not qualify for corrective service.

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Clarity Solutions LLC.

Our technicians exercise great care while cleaning your property.

Any claims for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Clarity Solutions LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage 
• Improperly installed fixtures 
• Normal wear and tear 
• Items that become damaged due to age, deterioration, or improper installation 
• Damage resulting from undisclosed fragile items 

Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement value of the damaged item at our discretion.

Recurring service schedules may be modified due to holidays, weather, emergencies, or staffing availability.

Customers may pause or cancel recurring services with appropriate notice.

Pricing may be adjusted periodically due to market conditions, labor costs, or service changes.
